The Rock Solid Day

At the risk of turning into a blog that keeps talking about the weather, what is up with the weather???

I am somewhat in the market for a new watch. Not immediately, but surely.

I do like square watches, I like how they look and how they feel, and there are a few designs that make me go "oooh...", especially those that look more like bracelets than they do watches...

but then at the same time there is also the allure of rather child-like and cheap looking brightly colored plastic.

Now imagine that I had the budget for just one watch (*GASP*) which should it be? - bearing in mind what a wonderfully warm, cheerful, non-world-destroying person you've always known me to be.

p/s: the metal watches are smiling while the plastic ones frown? hmm...

On Valentine's Day, my room was filled with beautiful red roses, I received expensive heart shaped chocolates and went on the most romantic of all candlelit dinners.

Ah.
It was perfect.

Perfect bullshit.

A bunch of us got into the car and made a road trip to the southern town of Ayer Keroh for some horseback riding, go-cart racing, and crocodile taunting.

Went into a haunted house. Took a ride on a monster train. Looked at houses. Even went to the zoo.

By a bunch of us I meant me, my dad and the blue one.

The highlight of the day was finding the world's largest rodents in Melaka Zoo. Seven of them, that's three Capybaras more than what we saw at Zoo Negara.

Flowers, chocolates and candles are overrated anyway.

Went to Lubuk Manggis at Pangsoon River. Sorry, no pictures due to the high level of obscenity and nudity.

It was great fun.

Now my boss truly envies me.

Great to be me.

Did I mention I got NINE days off?

Absolutely great to be me.
