The Mushroom Affair
I've been so addicted to the *New* Super Mario Brothers lately.
Mario 64 just doesn't do it for me, and as such, has been set aside.
If only real life was that simple eh? Everything moved from left to right and left again, cold coins are left lying around... ooh, and then the power ups. OMG THE POWER UPS.
Fire Flowers would allow you to shoot fireballs at those you hate. YAAAAH MATI KAU MATI KAU MATIKAU MATIKAU MATIMATIMATI!!!!!
The Super Mushroom would double your size and strength, making you bigger and stronger - striking fear into the hearts of those who dare oppose you. LOL.
A Mega Mushroom turns you into a giant (like Mario in the first pic) and you'd be able to crush anything and everything that stood in your way. Way more dahsyat than the Super Mushroom; particularly useful for would-be world destroyers kan?
The 1up mushroom, my absolute favorite, grants you another life. You can collect up to 99 of them, giving you 99 spare lives. Woooo more lives: exactly what I need! More lives than a cat!!!
The Mini Mushroom shrinks you into the size of a kutu. A flea. Yes. If you've made too many enemies that even with the Fire Flower pun you can't take care off, turn into a flea. Nak nyorok kan senang?
But the horrible thing about life in Kinoko Koku (Mushroom Kingdom) is that you gotta break bricks and boxes using your head. Ouch! Pecah jugak kepala. Kalau tak pecah pun, makin lama makin bodoh...
But I guess it wouldn't be such a big deal. With all the gold coins lying around, I'm sure they'd come in handy in taking care of the hospital bills.
Btw I bought the white DS bag from DealExtreme.
I think many misunderstood my entry about the cute bags. I only meant to buy one of these DS bags to house my machine, not the underwear purse, or the camera purse, or the doggie bag... so it was a COLOR vote not a bag vote. LOL. If I were to get my hands on the others, it would be to store things OTHER than my DS.
This particular DS bag has pockets built in so I could also stuff the charger, extra stylus and cards in along with the machine.
Dia mesti bising sebab banyak buang masa and duit. LOL.
Here we have more evidence of time well spent.
Did one of a psp slim & lite, but I'm not too proud of it yet. Decided not to upload until I've put in the finishing touches. Who knows when that'll be.
Also working on my baby holga. Progress is reeeaaally slow, it's definitely a lot harder than first imagined. Too many lines and a lot of minor details that cannot be ignored. Oh well.
I'll continue working on these two in Beijing.
Speaking of which...
I now have my e-ticket and will be leaving on November 1st, 0030H.
(gomen nasai, I won't be here on my birthday ~____~;)
On all previous trips, I've always travelled by Air China. They carry people with an extinct breed of Boeing-757's, a small three and three seater aircraft. This time though, I'll be flying to Beijing by Malaysia Airlines on an Airbus-330, a monster three-four-three plane. Woohooo~!
I rarely fly MAS because of their ticket prices. In fact I think I can count on one hand the instances I ever was on board the wau flights. To and from KK eight years ago, Kuching when I was 13, and the UKs a lifetime ago.
Okay, that's six, and I DO NOT have six fingers on my hands... but I'm sure you get my point.
Flew Thai Air to Europe, Airasia to all destinations in SE Asia... bila masa nak naik MAS?
Selama ni beli return ticket, and MAS return tickets cost about 50% more than Air China, making the latter the obvious choice. This time around however, I only needed a one way ticket, and MAS one way is MERELY HALF THE PRICE OF AIR CHINA'S.
Dah lama tak naik MAS... So on Saturday, November 1st, nak buat jakunlah.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
So with e-ticket in hand, serious packing now begins.
Toiletries, stok makanan kering, ikan, daun daunan dan rempah, kuih raya, hadiah... eh, but MAS is pretty strict with their 20kg baggage limit ha? Leceh.
Do tell me what's wrong with this picture?
