The Murder of Me
Today, for the first time in a long, long, really long time, I felt those eerily familiar stabs in my chest.
I don't know if it's the overload of classes, or the late night activities, or the weather, or the attempt to kick the drug habit... but when all those coincide, something's gotta give, right?
I know if I keep this us, this would inevitably be my fate:

All-systems crash.
LOL.
I just realized that:
while I was in Beijing, I had nobody to speak English with. By the time I came back to KL, speaking in English became a tad bit awkward.
And now just after three weeks, I've completely forgotten how to speak Beijing Mandarin. Mind you, Beijing Mandarin is completely different than the kind we have here in Malaysia. So there's no possible way I can hear it again while I'm here.
Unless that is, I start hanging out near the Wisma Beijing Malaysia. LOL.
Right now, all I can say properly is dui bu qi. Hah.
That'll be a big issue come summer. LOL.
Dui bu qi.
Though it's not in my nature to miss a place, because I figure there's no point in attaching oneself to one place when one tends to go in whatever direction the wind blows... but there are certain things about the city up north which I wish I could experience again.
1. The buses and trains. I won't elaborate.
2. The weather. The snow. The ice. The wind. No rain there. No rain. No rain. NO RAIN!!! (btw, those who still haven't realized it: rain depresses me.)
3. BUKU MURAH GILA!!!!! (but too bad magazines sama harga je)
4. The free cake samples at Jian Hypermart. Oh boy, how I looked forward to going to the mart every evening just to eat free cake! (btw, we go to the mart every single evening, because that's how things work in Beijing: buy just enough for the evening's meal)
5. Folding and unfolding maps. That's how I made my way around central Beijing.
6. THE CLEAN CITY AND CLEAN AIR AND CLEAN EVERYTHING (minus the people and public toilets I'm afraid...)
7. Gong An. Or in English, public security. Public security includes the police and the army, and unlike how things work in Malaysia, even security guards are gong an officers. The men guarding the entrance to buildings/housing complexes are actually part of the military. Mighty mighty safe.
8. The home shopping channel on tv. OMG they have all the funniest/weirdest products, like 100% waterproof super duper extra heavy duty coverage foundation. Might as well pack on face paint right? Or rather, all weather Nippon paint.
9. PRANCING COW'S MILK! LOL.
10. CARAMEL COATED STRAWBERRIES ON A STICK!!!
Well I'll get back to all that in the summer. Right now I'll just enjoy myself in... KL.
.....................
*ahem*
Yes, I'm sure it's possible.
Really.
Ada Petrosains, Taman Burung, Taman Rama-Rama.....
hmm. Amboi! Susah betul nak pilih!
Oh right, I'm thinking of bringing with me a change of clothes the next time I go to the park in KLCC.
Though I don't have a shot of the outdoor pool (this shot is NOT of the outdoor pool) I'm sure one is able to imagine what healthy wholesome fun it can be bathing in public WITH a section of the public whom one have never met and hope to never again meet.

Oh, that reminds me. I'll need to bring antiseptic shower cream and a body brush as well.
Who thinks I'm just joking about bathing in public, raise their hands.
Those who think I'm NOT joking, shame on you.
