The Simplicity Nought
Seriously, I still can't get over having a lake in the back yard... lake in the back yard lake in the back yard lake in the back yard...
Mr. Amerjit said we should learn Jurisprudence not in a classroom, but under a tree by a river.
I have trees by a lake.
I should study. Hmmm.
Anyway, in between classes today, I took the train to the Pavilion.
First time setting foot on that plot of land since I graduated from highschool (on that very same plot) many, many, many years ago.
The mission?
J. CO Donuts.
The only donuts worth getting lost for 15 minutes and waiting 35 minutes in line for. Really.
On the way back, it started to rain. Heavy, sticky rain.
I know what you're thinking, what the hell is sticky rain?
When I told people about it, they gave me weird looks and asked me if I'm sure it was rain that fell on me.
YES it was rain! And it was sticky. It made my hair stick to my face and glued my clothes onto my skin. Ugh.
Well this year I didn't make a birthday present wishlist like I did last year, so the result: not as many presents received.
The present from Jade is an adorable little handbag with pretty pink stripes on the inside.
Absolutely love it! ♥
The present from the uni is the looooong awaited bundle:

From the evil brother is GIGANTIC alarm clock (which I have yet to take pictures of). Funny, I'm not the one who has problems getting up in the mornings... LOL.
Well despite this being a special day, and people have been nice to me (well, those who knew about the day, that is...) emotional turmoils have caused the happy bar to empty out completely.
I don't understand completely why this thing that's bothering me is bothering me, but the fact is, it's bothering me... and the fact that it's bothering me is bothering me.
So zero on the happy bar.
Oh well, I've been through worse.
Much, much worse in fact.
